Hemp Love Return Policy

At Hemp Love, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality sustainable hemp clothing that they will love. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns

  • Eligibility: You have 14 calendar days from the date of purchase to return an item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Non-returnable Items: Certain items are exempt from being returned, such as gift cards, sale items, and intimate apparel.

Return Process

  1. Initiate a Return: To initiate a return, please email us at chris@hemplove.co.za with your order number and a brief description of the reason for the return.
  2. Shipping Instructions: Once your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions on where to send your return. Please note that you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  3. Return Shipping Label: For your convenience, we can provide a prepaid shipping label upon request. The cost of the return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds

  • Processing Time: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
  • Approval and Issuance: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges: If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us at chris@hemplove.co.za to check availability. We recommend returning the original item and placing a new order for the replacement to ensure the fastest service.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • Reporting Issues: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at chris@hemplove.co.za with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
