Domestic Shipping (South Africa)

  • Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
  • Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
    • Standard Shipping: 2-3 business days
  • Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking: You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
  • Shipping Carriers: We partner with reliable local carrier carrier (Fastway) who fulfill the logistics of our operations. 

International Shipping

  • Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
  • Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates: International shipping rates will vary based on destination and will be calculated at checkout. Estimated delivery times range from 7-21 business days depending on the location.
  • Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Hemp Love is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
  • Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking: You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
  • Shipping Carriers: We partner with international carriers such as DHL, FedEx, and UPS to en sure reliable and timely delivery worldwide.

Order Issues and Delays

  • Delays: Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, customs processing, or other factors beyond our control.
  • Lost or Stolen Packages: Hemp Love is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, we will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
